Fundrise’s current promotion awards new users a $25 Share Voucher which can be redeemed for shares in a designated Fundrise-sponsored public fund after they link a bank account within 30 days of signing.
To get the bonus, you need to:
- Sign up through a Fundrise referral page.
- Link your bank account to your Fundrise account.
- The $25 bonus will be credited to your account within approximately one week.
Other important details include the following:
- A share voucher is a non-cash credit that can be redeemed for fractional shares in a designated investment fund, such as Fundrise’s Interval Fund.
- The promotion is only available to U.S. residents.
- Shares in the Interval Fund can be liquidated only once per quarter.
The link on this page is my Fundrise referral link. Fundrise only offers the voucher through referrals, not through direct sign-ups, so if you decide to use my link, thank you. It helps support the site, and I appreciate it.
Fundrise Summary
Fundrise is one of the largest real estate investing platforms. They’re a good fit for beginners because their funds are composed of multiple properties and property types, providing investors with exposure to the asset class without a detailed understanding of how to vet potential investments.
Fundrise’s real estate funds are meant to be long-term investments. A good rule of thumb is to consider investing if your time horizon exceeds five years. If you expect to access your money frequently or want short-term gains, Fundrise will not be a good fit.

Other Offers for Real Estate Investing Platforms
Bonuses for investing on real estate platforms are not as common as free stocks or cash offers from stock brokers.
Groundfloor is a crowdsourced real estate platform that offers a bonus. Their current promotion gives you a $50 credit when you invest $100.
Keep in mind that Groundfloor works much differently than Fundrise. Instead of investing in a fund, you invest directly into individual short-term real estate loans. These loans typically last six to twelve months, and there’s no option to sell before maturity.
Another real estate platform offering a small incentive is Roots. The Roots referral program gives new investors $25 toward their first investment when they sign up through a referral link.
Fundrise $25 Promotion: My Verdict
Fundrise is one of my favorite real estate investing platforms.
I have invested small amounts in Fundrise over the years to get a feel for how the platform works.
To give you a sense of performance, I started in 2019 and my all-time return through 2025 has averaged about 5.7 percent. It is not a huge return, but it has been steady and predictable.

Most of my allocation has been in their real estate fund.
Fundrise began in the crowdfunded real estate space and has expanded into private credit, income-focused funds, and even venture. It is a well-run platform, although not something most people need as a core part of their portfolio.
Fundrise works best for long-term investors.
Their funds have real liquidity limits, and redemptions usually process once per quarter.
This makes it a poor choice for anyone who needs fast access to their money or is looking to collect a bonus and withdraw. The twenty-five dollar voucher is a small boost for people who already plan to invest rather than a way to make money by itself.
For newer investors, Fundrise can be attractive because it simplifies real estate exposure.
It handles the underwriting, property management, and ongoing diversification for you. More advanced investors may appreciate the private credit and income-oriented strategies, but these are still long-term positions.
If you want steady real estate exposure and can hold for several years, Fundrise is a solid platform and the $25 promotion is a nice extra. If you need flexibility or quick liquidity, or if you are only looking for a sign-up bonus, this promotion will not be the right fit.
